RESOLUTION:
Resolved the Board of Commissioners does hereby approve the TPOAM collective bargaining agreement as presented.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the TPOAM collective bargaining agreement as presented.
BACKGROUND:
The current TPOAM collective bargaining agreement is set to expire on December 31, 2020.  The parties were successful in negotiating a successor agreement that will last for three years, through December 31, 2023.  The revised agreement is attached for your review and we respectfully request your approval.
