RESOLUTION:

Resolved, that the Calhoun County Board of Commissioners does hereby approve the 2021 Administrative Services Agreement with the Michigan Native American Heritage Fund Board as presented and authorizes County Administrator/Controller Kelli Scott to sign the Agreement on behalf of the County.

RECOMMENDATION:

It is the recommendation of County Administration that the Agreement be approved as presented.

BACKGROUND:

The Michigan Native American Heritage Fund Board has requested that the County provide administrative services. The contract provides that the services will be provided in exchange for a fixed amount payment of $15,000.00. The Michigan NAHFB approved the agreement at its meeting on February 26, 2021.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

The NAHFB Administrative Services Agreement provides $15,000 in unrestricted cost recovery to offset County Administrator/Controller expenses within the County's General Fund.
